The staff was very friendly and caring. the location of this unique hotel is excellent, close to a walking trail along the Erie Canal and within a 5-minute walk to Valley Cinema.

I stayed 2 nights and would stay there again when visiting United States of America. The restaurant was relatively near the hotel.

I had a great stay in this 4-star hotel. Every staff member was friendly and welcoming. The double room was neat and had all the amenities I needed, like a fridge and tea/coffee making equipment. The bed was comfortable. The location was perfect, right by a bike trail, restaurants, grocery stores, and the riverside.

It was easy to get a Wheelchair Accessible room with a nice view and free drinks.

The Inn At Stone Mill was fantastic! Our room was equipped with satellite television, climate control, and a fridge. We were especially pleased to find a bathtub in the private bathroom. The staff was outstanding and very attentive. The location was incredible, with the city center nearby.

The facilities at this hotel are perfect, with a magnificent location right by shops, restaurants, a bike trail, and groceries nearby.

I recently stayed at The Inn At Stone Mill for a short getaway. The historic nature of the Inn added a unique charm to my stay. The spacious rooms, along with the beautiful public areas, were a delight. I also appreciated the convenience of the location, right on the Erie Canal trail. The friendly and helpful staff made my experience even more enjoyable. Plus, the added bonus of having breakfast included was a nice touch.

I had a delightful one night stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating for a 4-star property. The room was spacious, beautiful, and had a nice view as advertised. The complimentary drinks, coffee & tea makers, and refrigerator were great additions. The location was excellent, with nearby restaurants just next door.
